One device per subscription
Each SonicTV line authorises a single device at a time through IBO Player. Households that want a second screen simply take a second line — ask the desk and we will align both expiry dates. If you plan to resell lines instead, the reseller credit structure is the cheaper route.
Payment, activation and renewal
Orders are confirmed by a human advisor on WhatsApp, never by an automated queue. Once payment clears — credit card, Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency — your username, password and portal address are issued and sent to the email address on the order. Average delivery is under ten minutes; the slowest case we log is roughly half an hour during peak Saturday evenings.
Nothing renews on its own. When your plan approaches its end date we send one reminder, and you decide whether to extend. Should you want to switch device mid-subscription, the desk transfers the line free of charge — the installation guide covers the handful of steps involved.
